Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH)
Your BAH will be used in one of two ways. You can either rent on base or you can live off base. If you live off base, you can either rent or buy. Click Here for current BAH rates.
On Base Housing ( Rent On-Base )
You can contact the housing office at 509-247-2341. Please keep in mind that there is a process involved in renting on Base housing to include wait times.
Off Base Single Family Rentals-You can choose to rent off base if you wish. Check our database for available single-family homes.

Fairchild is home to a wide variety of units and missions. Most prominent is it's air refueling mission, with two wings, one active, the 92nd Air Refueling Wing, and one Air National Guard, the 141st ARW. Other units here include the Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape school, medical detachments, a weapons squadron and the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency.
